Tryptic Soy Broth is a general-purpose medium and also applicable for the cultivation of a wide variety of microorganisms.Aspergillus brasiliensis ATCC 16404: luxuriant growth 20 -25 ☌ within 5 days.Candida albicans ATCC 10231: luxuriant growth 20 -25 ☌ within 5 days.Streptococcus pneumoniae ATCC 6305: luxuriant growth 20 -25 ☌ within 3 days.Salmonella Typhimurium ATCC 14028: luxuriant growth 20 -25 ☌ within 3 days.Escherichia coli ATCC 25922: luxuriant growth 20 -25 ☌ within 3 days.Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923: luxuriant growth 20 -25 ☌ within 3 days.Sterility Testing- Growth promotion+Validation To say growth nil ( negative): Subculture into solid medium and after incubation check the growth that is without colonies.Aspergillus brasiliensis ATCC 16404 : good-luxuriant.Candida albicans ATCC 10231: good-luxuriant.Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923): good-luxuriant.Escherichia coli ATCC 25922: good-luxuriant.Incubate aerobically at 35-37✬ for 18-24 hours.Inoculate the specimen as soon as possible after collection.Allow the medium to warm at 37☌ or to room temperature.
